You and your team were wonderful! On a Friday afternoon, I realized that it was getting colder in my house and the heater was not working. After I called you, a tech came out within an hour to check my system. I had a problem last year and two parts were now broken, so I decided to have a new system put in. Regina came out on a Saturday evening to bring me two electric heaters. They were here early Monday morning to put in my new heater and air conditioner. The installers were very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and hard working. I am so happy with their service! I highly recommend them!

After limping through the summer with a leaking heat pump, I knew it was time to bite the bullet on a repair or replacement. I had read positive things about Dugan’s on Nextdoor, so I asked my father if he had ever heard of them, and to my surprise, he told me that they actually installed his central A/C over 20 years ago and had very good luck with it. So I ended up having three companies come out, including Dugan’s, and the Dugan’s technicians were more knowledgeable and more thorough than the others, even finding issues with my existing system that others had missed. I solicited three quotes for a complete replacement, and Dugan’s was not only low, but provided a substantially better warranty, so using them was a no brainer. Come install day, they were right on time, took significant care to not damage my home, and were extremely efficient and professional. All of my technical questions were answered thoroughly, and they wrapped up in about 5 hours. In addition, Regina went to the effort of completing my extended warranty paperwork for me, creating a truly turn-key project. I’ve waited a few weeks to type this up to give me a chance to test the system, and even with ambient temperatures as low as 2.3 degrees fahrenheit, the Amana system they installed has worked perfectly. I very much appreciate the customer service, performance of the new unit, and the very reasonable pricing; I will most certainly recommend Dugan’s to anyone experiencing HVAC issues moving forward. “We just had our entire HVAC system in our house replaced by Dugan’s and my experience with them was outstanding from start to finish! My first contact was with Regina when I called the office to describe what we were looking for and to schedule someone to come out to do an estimate. The estimate followed quickly and it was clear and concise. Regina was able to answer a few questions that I had about the placement of outdoor AC unit. I sent in a deposit and scheduled a date for the install. The install crew all showed up promptly at the house and began work immediately. They were all very nice, respectful of the house, professional, worked extremely efficiently together, answered some questions that I had, test ran the system, gave me a quick primer on the new WiFi thermostat and cleaned everything up quite nicely. Someone would not have known that they were at the house doing a major upgrade.

The team of Technicians that did the install were so professional and treated our house like it was their own house. We’ve worked with Dugan’s Heat Pump and Air Conditioning for a number of years, and have had nothing but good experiences with them. This past June, we had an issue with our old air conditioning which was leaking indoors. A technician came out the same day and was able to get the unit running on an emergency basis but recommended that it be replaced. They were able to fit us in earlier than our scheduled appointment for the replacement due to a cancellation. The technicians were here on time, worked through the day, and left everything spotless. Ryan and Ben came out, said they could do it, and did it very professionally. I wanted everything perfect, and they delivered. Ryan and Ben showed up on time everyday, helped me with extra things that needed to get done, explained and laid out everything in detail for me. They were also great with our pets (a very playful puppy and three old and irritable cats). I would like thank Dugan’s for the great experience we had. It started right from the 1st phone call. Regina took our call and answered all our questions. We were pleased and asked if we could have someone come give us an estimate. In about an hour or so she called back and asked if she could send someone over in the next hour, we said absolutely! When they sent the estimate, we were very pleased The estimate was almost $2,000 less then the other estimate we received from another company. Dugan’s equipment was actually a little better also. Dugan’s also included a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. The other company wanted another $1,500 for the warranty, saving us almost $3,500 total. When the crew came to install the system they couldn’t have been nicer. They explained everything they were going to do and asked us if all locations they chose for vents were OK before they cut. We were very happy with their work, they were pleasant and professional. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Dugan’s and would highly recommend them to anyone

When my heat pump went down just before Thanksgiving, Dugan’s was quick to respond with an estimate. During the estimate process they also supported me with the information I needed to start a Home Warranty claim. There price and warranty were better than the three other contractors who provided estimates. They realized I was running on emergency heat and within 5 days of accepting there proposal I had a system installed. Kudos to the installation crew who were thorough, quick, clean, personable and professional.

It’s good to know that there are still excellent small companies out there providing personal service.

It’s been a little over a month since Dugan’s installed our new 3.5 ton, 16 seer AMANA Heat Pump System, and so far it’s working well! From a day in mid-October when we first got a Professional Evaluation and Friendly Advice about what equipment would best fit our needs, we felt we could trust the DUGAN’S technicians’ judgement on what Heat Pump unit would be the Best Fit for our home. The upgrade from a 23+ year old York 12 seer to the High Efficiency 16 seer AMANA unit really makes a difference, plus the Dugan’s Technicians determination to move from a 3 ton to a 3.5 ton unit was sound advice. The 23+ year old 3 ton York unit* ran more often and seemed to be struggling to keep up with the demand for heat on days where the outside temperatures dipped below 35 degrees. (* Thanks to DUGAN’S timely repair service calls, that OLD York unit reached its ripe old age!) With the new AMANA 3.5 ton system I could feel the difference of warmth right out of the air vents, also with the upgraded indoor air handler the DUGAN Technicians were able to distribute the air flow through the whole house with a better flow to the 2nd floor. As to the actual installation, it was a Clean, Neat and Professional job! Thanks to all at DUGAN’S Heat Pump & Air Conditioning for the seamless one day transition from our old outdated Heat Pump, to the New HE Heat Pump we are now enjoying. A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all at DUGAN’S!

I would like to highly recommend anyone looking to replace their old central air conditioning and furnace unit to hire Dugan’s as their contractor. They were markedly better than their competition from start to finish. They were quick to come and spec out the proper unit we needed and give us an estimate without trying to up sell us into a more expensive model that we did not need. They were the only contractor that gave us brochures on the equipment they recommend and even provided a window air conditioning unit, free of charge, to help hold us over until they could install our new unit.

On top of all that, the warranty on the equipment is exceptional, and they stand behind it by also giving a warranty on labor. No one else offered that. They arrived early on the day they promised and had the whole thing done by mid-afternoon, taking our old equipment with them. Regina was great to work with, answering all my questions along the way and helping with the paperwork for the warranty ( and in our case the rebate and financing if you need it.) On top of all this, they gave us the most competitive price as well. They are a great example of how to run a business. Save yourself some time and stress and just hire them!

In June I requested a quote to replace my HVAC. Received a
quote in prompt fashion. I had choices, best, better and low end. My
residency did not require top line. Choosing mid grade was their
recommendation. After a bit of research, Dugan’s was right on.
In July my existing unit failed. With the extreme heat wave Dugan’s
could not replace short time. With the installing window
units we were able to get by. Now the best part. Dugan’s immediately
reset delivery date. Early August my HVAC was installed.
Dugan’s removed the failed unit. Installed new with complete
clean up. Waste, unit, card board, pallets and wire from property.
Installer took the time to inform us on all functions. Note this unit
came with the best warranty, 10yr. compressor, all labor 10 yr. Better
warranty, best on the market.
As a consumer the recommit, labor, install, clean up and cost,
by far the best service.

I contacted Dugan’s based on a recommendation from a friend who was very satisfied with work they did to install a new system for him. However, I am the type of person that needs to research and compare before making a decision, especially before making a substantial investment in a new Heating and A/C system. I received an estimate from Dugan’s and 2 other companies that I found to have very good reputations as well. In my opinion, Dugan’s was the best option. I found their pricing be very competitive and the system they proposed perfect for our home.

The team of Ben, Bob, and Tom did a really nice job of installation, with no issues at all. They took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me a walk through of the new system when the installation was complete. I also wanted to note that we have a large German Shepherd with a bark that can be very intimidating. I had offered to keep him in his crate during the installation. The guys said they were comfortable with dogs and that it was ok to leave him out of his crate. So I was able to do that. It worked out well and resulted in a lot less barking and stress for me throughout the installation!

I looked at a lot of different companies when I needed my to have my heat pump replaced. I wanted a local business that cared, was responsive, and wouldn’t treat me like a customer number stuck in a computer queue. I believe I found that with Dugan’s. From my initial call to Regina I immediately felt like I had chosen the right company. I had both the heat and AC replaced. The guys showed up 10 minutes early and got to work immediately. I was told that they would be done by 3:30 and they finished the install and left at 3:30 on the dot. I have a dog and they all gave Leo the attention he needed as well. Outside of the high quality of their work, they were a nice group of guys who kept me in the loop the whole way. When I went down afterward I realized that they cleaned up so well that the area was considerably cleaner than it was before they got there. I was super happy to see they put sheets down over my carpets to prevent them getting dirty while doing the job. A big thank you to Ryan, Ben and Bob.

They were here to remove and replace the central air unit on Mon, May 15. It meant access to the crawl space through the ceiling in a corner of a bedroom closet that is just a few inches deeper than the length of a hanger! They worked well together. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, answered my questions, tolerated my two dogs (that barked for their attention). I appreciate that they identified and marked the inside A/C breakers. They cleaned up as the work progressed and by the time they were finished with the install and testing everything was packed up on the trucks.

I never used the programmable features on the previous thermostat — just manually turned the A/C on or off. So I’m very pleased it was replaced with a new, not-programmable, thermostat and the new one is hard wired, no need for batteries!

These guys are informative, courteous and very professional. We had talked to ALL of the dealers in the Lehigh Valley, had a ton of questions about different products and installation options. Dugan seemed to take the most time in answering our questions. They came out tho the house several different times to explain what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They even gave us advice on how to save money and not overspend on certain products other dealers were trying to sell us. Bottom line is if you are like us and do your homework, you will not be disappointed with these guys. Very competitive prices and great service. I highly recommend them for service.

Ryan Dugan came to my house for an estimate and ran through all my possible options. Dugan’s the third company to give me an estimate, and they were the only ones to tell me they could install the mini splits AND get whole house heating and cooling. The price was also better than any other company. The units were installed in one day and I have already seen tremendous savings over my old electric resistance heaters. My house was about 250-300 a month to heat last fall, and this fall with the heat pumps I’m on track to spend 130-150/month. I would also like to take this time to thank the entire team. The quotation step was thorough, as we discussed different options available according to seer ratings vs costs. Based on several quotations from different contractors, I can say that Dugan’s HVAC is priced well below the competition for the equivalent product. When I had an issue with my air-conditioning unit, I called two places for service. Both stated I would need a new inside and outside unit in the spring. I chose Dugan’s for two reasons. One, the price was quite reasonable and two they are were always available when I called with any issues. When they came to install the units, they were clean, courteous, informative, on time, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for better installers and servicemen. They did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them.

They arrived here on time Monday morning..

They worked until everything was installed..

The boys were very friendly and professional..

When they were done they cleaned up after themselves..

I had looked for over a month for a good HVAC installer and finally I just happened to get in touch with Dugan’s hvac by finding them on-line. I had 7 or 8 bids and they were all out of line pricing wise. I think they were all trying to retire early with the estimates I was getting. When Jim and Ryan Dugan came to look at my existing system (which some of the other companies estimators didn’t even bother to check out) they really pointed out exactly how they would do the job and everything it entailed and their price was very much in my ball park. They practically replaced everything except the electrical box which is fairly new. We purchased the Amana ASZ-140361 along with a new coil and air handler. They said they would show up @ 8:30 that Friday-4/11/14 and they were 5 minutes early. It took them (Matt, Ben and Ryan) the whole day to complete the install. They were very meticulous by throwing tarps down on our rugs and careful not to ding up the walls while tearing down the old system which was in the attic and replacing it with the new one.

I can’t say enough how pleased we were with their workmanship and skills. They were very fussy and made sure everything was done just right.

My hat is off to Dugan’s HVAC for a job well done and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and relatives-and I rarely do that!

Oh, by the way, I almost forgot to mention that we got a 10 year parts and Dugan’s threw in the 10 year labor with the system and a Lifetime replacement on the compressor.

If you don’t get an estimate from Dugan’s you are missing out on a great deal!!!!!
